At Aditya Birla Minacs, Sasmal heads the Business Excellence function for APAC and is responsible for driving synergies between various enabling functions like project management, training, transaction quality, WFM and MIS, process excellence and compliance across all business verticals.

He has over 20 years of experience in various business functions in the IT and ITES space. In the last eight years with Minacs, he has facilitated the migration of more than 20 client businesses spanning banking and financial services, large insurance processes, telecom and technology domains.

Sasmal holds a post graduate diploma in Business Administration. He is also an alumnus of the Xavier Institute of Management (XIMB).
