Blake is a BPO executive with 23 years of experience in building and directing major sales, marketing and new business development initiatives, while leading world-class business development teams for international service organizations. His record of achievement includes assessing competitive markets, planning business and sales strategies, managing and closing large new business opportunities, ensuring the continual growth of accounts, and creating highly profitable strategic alliances.

At Minacs, Blake was responsible for leading the company's Banking and Financial Services business globally. Most recently, Blake served with Cambridge Solutions as Executive Vice President — Sales & Client Services. Prior to that, he has held senior positions at Vanguard Info Solutions, StarTek, No Magic Software and RSI.

A graduate of Brigham Young University, Blake serves on the Regional Board of Directors of the Executive Business Leaders of America, and is a member of several professional bodies such as the Association of Professional Consultants, and American Management Association.
