Anil Bhalla
President and Chief Operating Officer at Aditya Birla Minacs
Anil is responsible for the delivery of world-class operations across our 20-plus sites in Canada, the United States, Germany, Hungary, and the United Kingdom. In this role, he also oversees quality assurance, business excellence and workforce management at Minacs' sites in the N.American and European geographies.
Anil has 23 years of management experience. Prior to joining Aditya Birla Minacs, he was Chief Operating Officer at RSM McGladery FPO (India), a financial process outsourcing firm. Before that, Anil held various management positions in the CRM industry, serving at iCall India Limited and vCustomer Corporation.
Anil is a graduate of the Indian Military Academy in Dehradun, India, and the National Defense Academy in Pune, India.
